How to apply global restrictions on all site members ?

Let's say you wanna set a global restrictions that will be applied on all members except admins :

1. Go to Restrictions Type Select "General Restrictions".

2. Click "Save Changes".

3. Go to Dropdown and select the value "Members".

4. Click "Show Settings".

Ps: Don't forget to "Save Settings" on the step 2 because clicking on "Show Settings" will take you to another page.
