1. The Difference Between Visitors Report, Analytics Report, and History Report

Visitors Report: You can see the list of all of the accounts that visit your profile. There's an "Add Friend" button where you can send a friend request to the accounts too



Analytics Report: 
You will see the number of visitors in a line chart format. You also can see it by day, by week, by month, and by year

History Reports:  You will see details reports of each Visit. Account, when visiting your accounts, and what tabs


2. How to Setup Premium Visitor Type

With this feature, your NON PREMIUM roles will see this widget. This will encourage members to upgrade their membership to be able to unlock those who saw their profiles from premium accounts.



1. Please go to Youzify Panel >> Extensions Settings >> Who Viewed My Profile Settings 2. Scroll down, and then click "Add New Premium Visitors Type"



3. And then set the Name, Singular Name, Plural Name, Description, Upload image, button text, and color. Please note, for "Name", use all "LOWERCASE" letter and "NO SPACE". For example: premium, premiumuser, or preium-user

4. Set which roles can assign to this premium type. That's mean, if you assign Subscriber and Editor, these roles will not see the widget as they already assigned as Premium.

But if you assign Subscriber only, then Subscriber will not see it but Editor will see it.

5. Click Save and you will see a Premium Visitors Type added

And to order where you want to put that custom widget, please go to Youzify Panel >> Profile Settings >> Profile Structure

3. Create Visitors Box

You can put the visitor box on Custom Widget, Custom Tab, Sidebar widget, or any place you want. So members can see a resume for how many profile views they have.


1. First, please go to Youzify Panel >> Extensions Settings >> Who Viewed My Profile Settings. And then navigate to Visitors Box Styling.  And you can set the box styling there


2. After setting the box styling, please use this shortcode

[youzify_profile_visitors_total]

Put on any place you want.

4. Where I Can See Who Viewed My Profile Reports

Once you install and activate the BuddyPress Who Viewed My Profile plugin, all members can have "Visitors" tab automatically. Where You can see the the reports there.

5. Who Viewed My Profile Email Notifications Settings

1. Navigate to Youzify Panel >> Extensions Settings >> Who Viewed My Profile Settings

2. Navigate to Email Settings.

3. You can enable and disable the notifications settings

4. Or you also can select On what recurrence email notifications should be sent. Daily, weekly, or monthly.


6. How to Make Specific Roles Untrackable as Visitors

You can select which roles cannot be tracked as visitors. For example, if you select Administrator. So account with the Administrators role will not show on the User's reports dashboard as Visitors.

1. Navigate to Youzify Panel >> Extensions Settings >> Who Viewed My Profile Settings

2. Navigate to the Untrackable Roles settings box

3. Enable any roles you want3. You also can change the Sub Tabs (Visitors, Analytics, and History) on each set


7. Who Viewed My Profile Restriction Features

There are some Restrictions and features you can find on this Plugin Settings panel

A. Restrict Visitors Tab by Roles

With this feature, you can select specific roles that can not see Visitors' Reports by disabling the tab




B. Profile Page Restriction for Non-Logged-on Users

With this feature, non-logged-in users/visitors can not access all of the Members Profile Page on your website. If they try to access them, the system will redirect them to a specific page

C. Visits Restriction by Roles

You can set a limit for the specific roles, and how many times they can access the Profile PageYou can set the limit by the hour, day, week, month, and year. Or set a limit how many accounts can be visited.

D. Restrictions Redirect URL

Redirect the user to this link after reaching the maximum number of profile visits. by default it's the home page


8. Edit Visitors Tab (Enable/disable tabs, change title, slug, icons)

1. Please navigate to Youzify Panel >> Extensions Settings >> Who Viewed My Profile Settings

2. Navigate to Profile Visitor Tab Settings. And then you can edit the tab title, tab slug, tab position, and icon

3. You also can change the Sub Tabs (Visitors, Analytics, and History) on each setting
