1. How to Create A New Front-end Form and Make It Work

1. Please select menu Youzify >> Front-end Form


 2. If you use BuddyPress only or BuddyBoss, please select menu Settings >> Front-end Form

3. Click "Add New" button



4. Fill the Form Title

5. Drag and drop Post Fields and Custom Fields you want from the Right Column to the left Column. You can arrange the order by drg and drop them too.


6. Click "gear" icon to add Label, Placeholder, Description, Field Max Limit, HTML ID and HTMl Class



But those are optional. You can leave them empty.

7. You also can setup some settings on that Form. Please check about Form Settings on this article >> https://kainelabs.ticksy.com/article/17420/

8. Last step, please hit "Publish" button

2. Front-end Form Settings

1. Post Restrictions :  Limit the role you want. You can set specific role can publish posts maximum per hour, per day, per week, per month or per year

2. BuddyPress Settings :

- You can display as New BuddyPress Profile Tab or not
- Set the tab type as Tab or Subtab (it will appear on Posts Tab on your Profile Settings)

3. Shortcode Settings : The settings for Short Code. General, Navigation, Visibility, and Anonymous User (User can submit post without login)



4. Form Styling : You can change color for each Form Components. Please note, if you already set styling on the Main Plugin Settings (Youzify Panel >> Extensions >> Front-end Submission), so styling settings on Forms will not work.

5. Options:

- Action After Post Submit (go to Post Page or Edit Post Page)
- Which roles that can submit, edit and delete
- Header Settings
- Button Settings

3. Where I Can Find the Form?

Please go to your Form Settings >> BuddyPress Settings. And make sure you display the form as Tab or Sub Tab



1. Set it as Tab: You can find it on the tab of your Profile Page



2. Set it as Sub Tab: You can find it on the Post Tab of your Profile Page. You also can edit a post by click edit button on each post list



3. By using Shortcode : You can copy the short code on the form settings and put it on any page you want.



If you use short code and put it on a Public page, you can set the Anonymous user. That's mean, user can submit post without login


4. Posts Tab Settings on Your Profile Page

Not only the Form, you also can change the styling settings of Article List on your Profile Page Post Tab.

Please go to Youzify Panel >> Extensions >> Front-end Submission. And then you can set Posts Tab Settings, Posts Visibility Settings, and Posts Styling




5. How to Setup Front-end Submission Recaptcha?

1. Go to Youzify Panel >> Extensions >> Front-end Submission Settings.

2. To get your keys visit The reCAPTCHA Site and make sure to use the Recaptcha V2 or check this article >> https://kainelabs.ticksy.com/article/15017

3. Put the Captcha Site Key and Captcha Secret Key on the form cacptcha settings



6. The Form Styling/Colors Is Not Working?

If one of Styling/Colors on the Form Settings does not work, please go to Youzify Panel >> Extensions >> Front-end Submission. And then make sure all Color set as Clear (no color). 

Because if you already set the colors on Main Front-end Submission settings page, so the styling/color settings on Form page will not work.


7. Members Can not Accessing "Create New Post" Tab

Why our members can not access the "Create New Post" tab?



On the Front-end Form, please scroll down to "Options" and you need to set the roles permission.


8. Front-end Post Submission Shortcode

1. First you need to create a Front-end Form. Kindly check this article

2. After the form is finished, go to Youzify >> Front-end forms. And you can see the shortcode. Each form will has their own unique ID. No need to modify the ID and just copy the shortcode



3. You can put the shortcode on any components you want. On a page, widget, custom tab, custom widget etc. For example, you want to put it on a single page.

Please Create a new page, and just put the shortcode there.

Publish the page, and you will see the form on that page
