1. Go to Wordpress Dashboard > Emails

2. You can find the moderation emails by reading the related title or their situation.

3. To edit an email just click the edit button as in the image below :


2. How to enable / disable automatic moderation and set threshold by component ?

1. Go to Youzer Panel > General Settings > Moderation Settings.

2. Scroll Down to the Components Settings Tabs ( See the screenshot below ) .

3. Enable the component automatic moderation button & set the component threshold number !




3. Where to find the moderation settings, reports table, restrictions table ?

1. Where to find moderation settings ?

Go to Youzer Panel > General Settings > Moderation Settings.


2. Where to find reports table ( Moderation Queue ) ?

Go to Wordpress Dashboard > Reports.

3. Where to find Restrictions table ?

Go to Wordpress Dashboard > Reports > Restrictions.



4. How to enable / disable notification e-mails ?

1. Go to Youzer Panel > General Settings > Moderation Settings.

2. Scroll Down to the "Emails Settings".



5. How to set custom reports subjects for each component ?

1. Go to Youzer Panel > General Settings > Moderation Settings.

2. Scroll Down to the Components Settings Tabs ( See the screenshot below ) .

3. Select the component you want then type the new subject and hit "Enter".


6. How to enable / disable visitors reports ?

1. Go to Youzer Panel > General Settings > Moderation Settings.

2. Scroll to the "Visitors Reports Settings" section.

3. Enable the option "Visitors Reports".

3. You can also Enable / Disable the appearance of Fullname & Email Fields for visitors.


7. Explaining Reports & Restrictions Tables Actions & Bulk Actions !!

In this topic we will explain the actions found on each row of the reports and restrictions tables and how to process bulk actions or reports and restrictions :

Also you can process a bulk actions on multiple items at once by checking the checkbox of each item and selecting the action and then click "Apply" button :

8. How to set Threshold Restrictions & Punishment Restrictions ?

1. Go to Youzer Panel > General Settings > Moderation Settings.

2. Scroll Down to the Components Settings Tabs ( See the screenshot below ) .

3. To set threshold restrictions ( Temporary Restrictions ) scroll to the section "Temporary Threshold Restrictions Settings".

4. You can set "Official Restrictions" and their Period from "Official Restrictions Settings" Section.
